Oregon is God's Blessing

My wife and I took a 400 or so mile round trip motorcycle ride from our home in Keizer to Warm Springs, Oregon over the last few days.  I commented to her upon returning late yesterday: "can you believe that in about 175 miles we went from 104 degree temp, bone dry high desert land to tall Ponderosa pine forests to near the top of Mt. Hood to incredible forests of Fir trees to the good old Willamette Valley?  A few more miles and it would be Coast Range and then the beach!"

Oregon really is God's precious gift to man.  

While in Warm Springs I ran into and spent some time chatting with Gov. Vic Atiyeh, Oregon's last (sadly) GOP governor.  He listens to my show!  He is very concerned about the state of affairs in Oregon and gave me a real boost of enthusiasm to continue what I do!

It's been said that perhaps I was "too hard" on the GOP house representatives who went to the strip club.  
After speaking with my sources inside the Legislature, I know a lot more about the situation and will comment on my show today.
The situation is NOT as simple as "boys will be boys" and a strip club.  There is much more going on behind the scenes.  When I have permission to further elaborate, I will, otherwise, listen today at noon on AM 1430 KYKN or online at www.1430kykn.com or at www.bpshow.com to hear what I have to say.

Blowing the Lid off of a Closet Liberal

Today's show was supposed to be our usual "Wednesday Whine" which is an open line day for any topic.
So, thinking in that direction, we had one little follow up story that just blew up into a HUGE story.
We were told by a listener that there was a bus at the McMinnville David Wu Town Hall meeting Monday night that was, as the listener described, "filled with Obama Health Care supporters with ACORN connections and the bus was sponsored by Willamette Valley Vineyards". We carefully asked for the caller to prove that in some way.
Well, just minutes before we went on the air, he emailed pictures of the bus and boy did that start a firestorm.

"THE BUS" is part of an offshoot of ACORN called: The Bus Project and Politicorps which are EXTREME left wing groups which on their own website say: "to elect Progressives to the offices in swing areas".
As the show continued the CEO of Willamette Valley Vineyards called in to us. He was on vacation and apparently his employees called him to let him know what was going on.
In short, he defended his purchase of the bus and donation of the bus to "a group of young people who are getting out the vote". You can hear the whole interview and all of the show at: www.thebillpostradioshow.com click on the "Listen to Latest Show" button.
We started getting more and more calls and emails AFTER his call and so we had to go an extra hour.
We found out that he was not quite as innocent as we at first suspected.
Here are some of the evidences:
1: On their web blog at http://willamettevalleyvineyards.blogspot.com/ and underneath the two pictures of the bus with Jim Bernau proudly standing next to it is this sentence: "To learn more about The Bus Project visit their website http://busproject.org/." This post was pulled off their website before our show was over today!
2 - He is a supporter of the Bus Project on his own Facebook page: Take a look at this --

Jim is a fan of the Bus Project plain as day!
3 - He is a HUGE Democrat supporter in his giving: Here's another indication of where Jim Bernau's money goes. This link at

shows that he gave 100% to Democrat campaigns just last year. If he
was involved with Republicans at one time, he doesn't appear to be
any more. Just be honest about it, Jim, that's all we ask.

The new "Bill Post Radio Show" debuts!

I am very excited to announce officially that "The Bill Post Radio Show" will debut on 1430 AM, KYKN on Monday April 27th at 12 Noon!
I am looking forward to this greatly and have waited patiently for many years to get this.
I hope that you will tune in if you are in the Salem-Keizer area and within the 60 mile radius around the area.
I will have some great guests, lots of calls and of course my own style of talk that I don't think is being done anywhere right now!
I have an agent, a great guy who is working on taking the show to a National level and that is very exciting too.
So, I have attached some shots from the VERY successful Salem Tea Party, Spending Revolt last Wednesday the 15th at the State Capital. I had the privilege of being the lead off speaker and that was a blast standing in front of 4-5,000 people with signs and banners, it was awesome! Then I did a live show from their, interviewing many senators and representatives who "get it".

Will You Join Us On April 15th for a Tea Party?

On April 15th, millions of Americans, all over the USA will be gathering at state capitols, courthouses, city halls and other places to protest the bad government decisions that are drowning us in debt! Putting federal taxpayers on the hook for trillions of dollars borrowed from the international community is morally wrong and fiscally irresponsible. Putting state taxpayers on the hook for billions of bonded debt to pay for immediate and temporary gratification is just plain stupid. Sound off LOUDLY and clearly on the steps of the Capitol so that everyone inside can hear your protest and disapproval!

Here in Salem, we are OFFICIALLY going to have OUR Tea Party starting at 11am with a march with signs and banners and horns and tea bags, and march around the State Capital building, and then at 12 noon a program begins which will include myself and other media members "whipping the crowd up" and introducing Conservatives who BELIEVE that we can TAKE AMERICA BACK!
I would personally like to invite the readers of this blog to register and take part in this event. It's not JUST a protest, it is a chance FOR ONCE FINALLY, for ALL conservatives whether, Republican, Independent, Libertarian or whatever you call yourself, to come together as one and show the liberals in Congress, the Oregon Legislature and the White House that WE SURROUND THEM!

Today I took my First Helicopter Flight!

Those of you who know me well know that I suffer from many phobias, one of which is heights, or more specifically flying in something that looks like it came from a model toy store.
The thought of flying in a Tinker Toy makes me ill. I have been asked 100 times by our helicopter pilot to fly with him and after refusing politely and then NOT so politely, I finally gave in today and said a prayer : "Dear Father in Heaven, TAKE ME HOME BEFORE THIS FLIPPING THINGS GOES DOWN IN FLAMES!!!"
Well, guess what? It was GREAT!!!
I am addicted and now will probably ride with Captain Patrick Hall every week!

OHHH My Aching Back!!

HELP!!

My back has always been a little bit tender but last night as I put my right leg through my pants, I heard a "pop" in my back and now I can't tie my own shoes. Sitting in a chair is misery, I am standing like an 80 year old man and I shuffle around the radio station this morning like one of those patients in "One Flew Over the Cuckoos's Nest"!

Anyone know a good Chiropractor?

I had a bad experience with one years ago. The guy was into all that "holistic healing" crap and was one of those chiropractors who believes you should get "adjusted" forever like once a week.

I don't want that!!

I just want to be fixed RIGHT NOW!!!
