John McCain, War Hero Revisited. This is a MAN!

Here is Senator John McCain while a POW in Vietnam. He went through pure Hell when he was captured.

Please take the time to read this story, it is 12 pages and is all online with the link I provided below.
Whatever you may think of him politically, he has served our country in a way that not many have.
He may not be my #1 choice for President, but, I will proudly pull the lever for him on this story alone. Can you imagine Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton having survived what you will read in this story?

God Bless John McCain.

John McCain spent 5½ years in captivity as a POW in North Vietnam. His first-person account of that harrowing ordeal was published in U.S. News and World Report in May 1973. He received minimal care and was kept in wretched conditions that he describes vividly in the U.S. News special report:

Just because a guy got his goods tortured for 5 1/2 years does not qualify him to be our president. He is a flip-flopper and cannot be trusted. Plus, John Hagee is endorsing him...not good

You may be right on that, but what exactly do the other candidates offer as "qualifications" to be our president (and if you say "change" I will delete immediately! LOL)

I would imagine someone like Ron Paul would be a good start. Or, at the very least, someone who cannot be made easy fun of. Change, just like faith in a god, is an illusion that cannot be validated or executed.
