Wahoo! Jack Bauer and "24" is back this Sunday night! Finally after 2 years and one short 2 hour movie, Jack is back and guess what CTU fans? Tony Almeida is NOT DEAD!!

Well as you can see Fox is saying it will return, but everywhere else I go, the talk is that due to the writer's strike, "24" will not be back in 2008.
