Jim Bernau, Willamette Valley Vineyards and the Bus redux

It seems Mr. Bernau, the CEO of Willamette Valley Vineyards is not happy with The Bill Post Radio Show. A very "threatening" letter came from his attorney telling Justin he should pull his blog entry about the bus. Justin did so to keep the radio station boss happy BUT, this was a pure and simple power attack by a large corporation.
This guy is STILL playing both sides of the political aisle.
Take a look at this:
CAMPAIGN DONATIONS IN 2008
In the 2008 primary he gave money to both Rudy Giuliani AND Hillary Clinton. There is much more but I will continue to let his own words hang him.
When he was on my show, calling from his boat on Detroit Lake back in August, he showed what his true feeling were and with this threat from his attorneys I would say that Mr. Bernau got his butt smacked at the last stockholder's meeting!
They should demand his resignation AND demand THEIR money back for the cost of the Bus! Need I remind you what the Bus was for and how proud he was to purchase it? Here is the original story as it appeared back in August on my blog and radio show:
JIM BERNAU, CLOSET LIBERAL EXPOSED

Classic big business lib. Tries to hide his true political colors, then attacks the one exposing them. Rather than come clean they threaten. If you said something that wasn't true, he should refute it rather than threatening to sue. You didn't libel him, but simply exposed his true political leanings. Why do Liberals always hide what they actually believe?

I wont go after the station boss, but what right does he have to demand you remove the blog entry? What legal garbage did he spout to make it a real threat? I didn't see anything on Justin's blog that look like copyright infringement and he can't claim it was an attack on his "good name" as he himself talked about it all with pride.

Oh, great. CUE the !@#$%^&*!! LAWYERS.

Clearly, Mr. Leftie-Lieberal Wine-Slurper is scared out of his French lace panties.

Nevertheless, if he gets "Exposed" on the STATION website, he and his horde of scurrying invertebrates oops excuse me "Attorneys" CAN sue the STATION for damages incurred when a busload of yuppies from Portland decided not to scum out to his whinery because Bill "Scared" them. Not that they'd WIN, but in most of those cases nobody wins but the invertebrates (op. cit. ref. "Attorneys")

So, Bill's boss, who NTS agrees with Bill anyway, is probably doing the right thing if what he did was to get Bill to move the Post post (ewww... BAD pun) off the station website and onto some private "Blog" where Mr. Wine-Slurper's invertebrates (op. cit. ref. "Attorneys") will have a more difficult time making threats (and look even stupider for doing it, if that's possible).

Meanwhile, by threatening a media outlet with legal action for exposing him, he now PROVES that he is a wine-slurping French-lace-panty-wearing leftie-liberal TWIT. He would have done better to have just written Bill off as an Evil Mean-Spirited Bigoted Racist Sexist Homophobic Right Wing Christian Patriot Militia Extremist Wacko (did I miss anything?), but in typical whining Lieberal fashion, he went running to Mommy oops I mean the Attorney, screaming "MOMMY! MOMMY!! BILLY'S CALLING ME NAMES!!! MAKE HIM STOP!!!! MAKE HIM STOP!!!!!"
(Nice going, fruitcake... Now you've REALLY proven our point.)

vinnysmom: our boss did not demand it, but out of respect for him justin removed it.
What the attorney was MOST concerned about was an "anonymous" post on the comments list. We didn't even get a chance to read it so don't know what it said, but it must have really pissed them off!

After listening to the show and reading the follow up blog, it was apparent to me that the bus donation was a personal donation, not corporate, therefore the stockholders' were not effected.

C'mon, Anonymous. Don't start trying to make sense. Bill needs listeners, which in turn means advertising dollars to keep his job. We don't want logical thinking to intrude in this glorious little drama queen scenario. Plus, the fact that he thinks this is a large corporation is equally hilarious...

anon and anon: the bus was paid for by jim's personal account yes. But I happen to know for a fact that the stockholders were NOT happy, I spoke with a group of them recently one of which is the author of a very well known book written about the murder of his father in Portland.
As for it being "large corporation" what is your definition? Mine would be if it has a NASDAQ or NYSE name then that there is purty big. But hey anyone who is anonymous is way smarter than me so I will pass and let you all do the talking.

Well, dang! Now I'm dying of curiosity what the " "anonymous" post on the comments list" was, that got all the widdle wibberals' (French lace) panties in a wad!

I want to see the post, so I can get jealous for not having been the one who torqued off the liberals by posting it. (Where's the post, Post?)

(For Pete's sake, Savinkov - That one was bad enough the FIRST time... Put a sock in it)

(hmmm... anybody checked the Wayback Machine?)

Any public corporation can get on the exchange. Jim's salary is around $200K per year. They are a corporation, but not a large one. Your blog and your show are very sad. This is why you have a whole 500 fans. You are nothing but a very sad Rush ripoff and I don't know how you can call yourself a Christian...

Dear anonymous: the great news is I have 500 friends. Dang, I'll take that ANY day! Ya!
AND, I get paid to do what I love. Not many can say that.
I am truly blessed!
How many do you have on your show?
When will you let us know where your show is? I really want to hear it. Why the anonymous thing anyway? Why are ALL the liberals always anonymous?
Is this Jim? Come on Jim...$200,000 is a dang good salary. I think he should be taxed though at the higher bracket, I am sure he has never found any good tax shelters? hmmm?
Evil corporate shill!

I'm pretty sure the way Bill calls himself a Christian is, "I'm a Christian." Hope that helps.

Not Jim, sorry to butst the bubble. I just don't have a blogger account so I'm annonymous for now. I don't have a radio show because I have self respect. How could you love being a liar for a living? Pointing fingers and calling people libs is just a very sad way for you to justify being a typical Christian hypocrite. Just like your buddy Bob, you offer nothing other than pointless babble and have no intention to make a difference or offer a solution than to try and force people to believe in your way. You, your show, and your blog is painfully evident that you will always be a small market, small minded fool who perpetuates lies and fear to sell advetising space to a guy who sells cancer.

You have butst my bubble after all. Doggone it!
Now go back to your friends at the last cpusa site in the world and spread your hate and venom.
We have love here man.
Jealousy is an ugly site.

Good comeback. This is why you are on your way to the top. I haven't seen a whole lot of love on this blog. It's full of finger-pointing and blame. I'm also not jealous of a guy who wants to be somebody he could never be. I'm also not venomous. I'm simply pointing out your hipocracy. If you can't handle it, delete me. I just think it's sad that you consider yourself a Christian and use that to fool people into listening to your hateful show.

Bill's Waste of Air said...

I give in to your "hipocracy".
Why all the "Christian" smack?
Look if you can't run with the big dogs, re: your brilliant smack, don't get out of the pound man!

Your comment doesn't even make sense. I mis-spelled a few words. Criticize and don't address the points. I comment on your Christianity because you are a hipocrite. You can't claim to be a follower ofJesus and then behave the way that you do. I just find your show to be a very sad state of affairs. Why don't you offer some solutions instead of pointing your finger at the left. I guess if you did that, nobody would listen to your show. But, by the looks of your fan base, it doesn't look like that many people listen to it anyway.
